During the International Forum ATOMEXPO-2024 in Sochi, TVEL JSC and the Chinese companies Limac Company LTD and Dalian Baoyuan Nuclear Equipment Co. LTD, signed Memorandum of Understanding in decommissioning and radioactive waste (RAW) management.

During the ATOMEXPO-2024 International Forum in Sochi, South Russia, TVEL Fuel Company, National Operator for Radioactive Waste Management (both enterprises are subsidiaries of Rosatom), Nuclear Safety Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, from the Russian part, and the Chinese partners – Beijing Research Institute of Uranium Geology (BRIUG, institution of China National Nuclear Corporation) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on participation in China’s MONEH International Collaborative Project.

TVEL JSC (managing company of Rosatom's Nuclear Fuel Division) has signed a contract with AKKUYU NÜKLEER A.Ş. for drawing the cost plans for decommissioning of power units 1-3, as well as the unit 4 with infrastructure facilities of Akkuyu NPP, and development of the relevant methodology.

TVEL JSC (managing company of Rosatom's Nuclear Fuel Division) has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the republican unitary enterprise Belarusian Radioactive Waste Management Organization (BelRAO). The document signed at the Belarusian Energy Forum in Minsk.

Rosatom has accopmlished the project for remediation of Taboshar industrial site near the city of Istiklol, the Sughd region, the Republic of Tajikistan.
