The decommissioning integrator performs work to dismantle structures, building and metal structures, process and engineering equipment at the sites of nuclear power plants, nuclear fuel cycle facilities and other nuclear industry facilities.

The Company also performs dismantling and segmenting of NPP reactor units, including reactor primary coolant circuit internals.

The decommissioning integrator uses different segmenting and dismantling technologies in its work, including unique ones, such as the use of laser cutting.

TECHNOLOGIES

LASER CUTTING

The remote laser cutting technology is designed for segmenting (cutting) of thick-wall reinforced concrete and metal structures, including those made of special steel, and equipment of industrial facilities. This technology is actively used in the nuclear industry for segmenting of radiation contaminated equipment of separation plants and dismantling of reactor equipment - steam generators, condensers, reactor vessels - dismantled NPP power units. In the oil and gas industry, this technology is used for elimination of accidents at gas and oil fields, segmenting of large-sized thick-walled metal and building structures. Segmenting works are performed with the help of a mobile laser complex.
